Our Team
Our team of Principals, Across School Leaders, and Within School Leaders are led by our Lead Principal Nathan Leith.
As a collective the focus is on strengthening collaboration across the kāhui, implementing curriculum changes, and identifying improvements that lift both student and teacher agency on agreed strategic initiatives of the Kāhui Ako.
Principals
Principals meet regularly to discuss and refine the strategic objectives of the Kāhui Ako and how best to support each kura.
Across School Leaders
Led by the Lead Principal, this role allows teachers to share their skills, abilities, and knowledge in new ways across their Community of Learning | Kāhui Ako. Teachers work collaboratively to support the strategic goals and objectives set by the principals.
Within School Leaders
Led by a Senior Leadership team within their own Kura, Within School Leaders work on localized initiatives that support the curriculum goals and objectives unique to each kura and are guided by the overall strategic objectives of the Kāhui Ako.
Community Connections
Developing and supporting our Kāhui Ako are key stakeholders within the community. A lot of the time they go unnoticed.
